Quote:
"I have lived long enough
to learn how much there is I can really do without...
He is nearest to God who needs the fewest things."
~SOCRATES
Have you ever been asked the following question: "Have you completely lost it?" Well, this might be exactly what is needed in your life. I don't mean go off the deep end and walk away from all you have. What I do mean is take stock in what you have and how it is serving you. What purpose dose it serve? Is it serving you well enough to hold onto it, or is it time to let it go? If there is something in your life that is just wasting your time and keeping you from having the enjoyment you deserve Then maybe you need to walk away from it?
We are constantly being confronted with time wasters. Life is the journey not the destination. Take your time and enjoy the journey doing what you love! If you are not enjoying your life, that is on you. You can try and blame someone else, but everyday it comes down to the decisions you make. If you want a different life, then start living your life differently. It starts with you. What do you want? Take stock in what is important to you and who is important to you. Design the life you want to live one step at a time.
The way I see it....YOU don't need a lot to be rich. It isn't quantity it is quality that is important.
A man is rich in proportion to the number of things he can afford to let alone ~ Henry David Thoreau
Let go of the things that waste your time and take you in the direction you do not want to go. Start taking steps everyday to live the life you desire with those you love.
